This session is for students trying to decide what is the next step. This could be apprenticeships, PLCs, CAO or preparing for the world of work. Using the MyFuture+ platform they will complete an interest inventory, career preference test and personality profiler. Following on from this we will discuss their preferred subjects, interests and assessments. With the student I will also look at results to date, predict points that they may achieve, and see how they can best reach their potential. I will show the student how and where to access information on various college courses, explain how the application systems and offers work and give them a personalised list of courses to research.
